The main requirement was for a space in which to entertain, with the kitchen as a central point of the design.  Areas set at different levels allow the occupier to view the stunning
river views from a range of vantage points.

A sense of drama upon entering the property, a spa-like bathroom, and elevated / 
suspended spaces were also key.
