The client loves the period features, proportions and the grandeur of the Georgian property, but also has a passion for the curves and colour palette of the Art Nouveau style.

They wish for the Georgian features to be retained / accentuated: The herringbone flooring is to be restored and kept; the sash windows and shutters must be retained but can be painted. The fireplace can be reinstated or left as is.

They wish to have a relaxed lounge area, with a cocktail bar as a focus. The space will be mostly used for entertaining guests, and a quiet drink on an evening. 

They expect high end pieces, unique design, and luxurious products.

The grandeur of the Georgian property will be enhanced by careful use of colour, pattern and proportion. 

Sumptuous fabrics, and glistening finishes will adorn the furniture, accentuating the opulence of the space, and elevate the sense of drama and excitement.

Layering of subtle lighting will evoke an intimate atmosphere, whilst curvaceous furniture will further soften the overall feel.
