A living / garden room design, in a palette inspired by local walks.

The owners of this space wanted both a room to relax in, and also entertain in; for it to to feel elegant, but also comfy.

A colour scheme was devised, based on the couples love of walking over the moors, and local countryside. The muted green walls reflect the green of trees and grasses, whilst the bursts of orange were taken from Autumnal leaves and bracken. 

​

Adding beading to the walls, added a sense of grandeur, whilst adding pooling curtains in a washed linen, added the sense of familiarity and comfort. 

 

The layout was designed to create nooks to read, or just gaze outside into the garden, and also to be used as a space to entertain.
