The client loved the Scandi style, but wished to add deep rich blues and greens, which reminded her of the wide oceans.

Light wood furniture and bamboo flooring was sourced for and a bold green detail was painted on the wall.  The colour palette was extended across the room with a deep green reading chair positioned at the other end, and fabrics, finishes and details with hints of dark blue / green, were placed throughout.

Layered lighting, including a new ceiling pendant, floor lamp and bed-side table lights create soft and focused light. The walls were painted in white paint, with a warm pink undertone, keeps the room feeling light and airy, but with a gentle warmth.
